OAX Airport to Oaxaca City
Oaxaca International Airport is approximately 8.6 km (5.3 mi) from Oaxaca City Centro. Average drive time is around 25 minutes, although the exact duration varies by traffic and the location of your hotel, Airbnb or other accommodations.
For airport arrivals, your driver monitors your flight and meets you outside the arrivals area with a sign displaying your name. For the return transfer, the driver collects you from your Oaxaca City accommodations at the confirmed pickup time and takes you directly to the airport.
Rates are charged per vehicle and include all applicable taxes and fees. Discounted round-trip pricing includes both your arrival and departure transfers, saving up to $800 MXN compared with reserving two one-way rides separately.

Booking is easy. Start by requesting a quote with your flight, passenger and luggage details, or contact us separately through WhatsApp. We’ll confirm the correct vehicle, rate and availability for your transfer.
NOTE: Reservations can be made via email or WhatsApp between the hours of 9 am and 7 pm.
Oaxaca Airport to Oaxaca city center: When you land at Oaxaca International Airport, your driver will be waiting for you just outside the arrivals area, holding a sign with your name on it. Once you connect with the driver, you will board the vehicle and be on your way to your hotel/airbnb.
Oaxaca Centro to the airport: If you’re heading to the Oaxaca airport, your driver will meet you outside your accommodations at the scheduled pickup time. Please make sure that you’re ready and waiting for the driver to arrive.
Yes, last minute bookings are possible, but availability cannot be guaranteed. To avoid any issues and ensure we have a driver available, we recommend booking your transfer at least 24–48 hours before your arrival or departure.
All rates displayed are charged per vehicle, not per person. The discounted round-trip price includes both your airport arrival and departure transfers and costs less than reserving two one-way rides separately.
Unfortunately, we do not offer any shared airport transportation at this time.
Yes, we only operate private transportation so all transfers will be completely private for you and your guests.

- 11–15 passengers: Mercedes Sprinter or similar.
All passengers are allowed 1 piece of luggage (checked bag or carry on) per person. The quote and vehicle selection for your transfer will be based on the amount of passengers and luggage that is entered on your reservation form. Please make sure to fill this out accurately in order to receive the correct quote for your transfer and to be sure that there is enough space in the vehicle for you and your group.
The driver will be given your flight number prior to the pick up and will be monitoring it in order to check for delays/cancellations. You’ll find the driver with a sign with your name on it as soon as you exit baggage claim.
All transfers must be paid in full in advance of your arrival in order to officially confirm your reservation in our system. If you have questions regarding payments, please feel free to contact us and we’ll be in touch with you as soon as we can.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled service. All last minute cancellations (less than 24 hours) due to flight delays and/or flight cancellations are non-refundable.
Cancellations that have been processed in advance will receive a full refund minus the transaction fees that the payment processor charges. Service fees are the fees added at the end of checkout and paid for during the payment process of the reservation.
