This full-day experience starts with a visit to El Tule, home to one of the widest trees in the world, estimated to be over 2,000 years old. You’ll then stop at a local workshop to learn how wool is dyed and woven using traditional methods and natural pigments like cochineal.
From there, explore the ruins of Mitla, known for their intricate stone mosaics found nowhere else in Mexico. The highlight of the day is Hierve el Agua, a set of natural rock formations that resemble cascading waterfalls.
