All passengers are allowed 1 piece of luggage (checked bag or carry on) per person. The quote and vehicle selection for your transfer will be based on the amount of passengers and luggage that is entered on your reservation form. Please make sure to fill this out accurately in order to receive the correct quote for your transfer and to be sure that there is enough space in the vehicle for you and your group.
All transfers must be paid in full in advance of your arrival in order to officially confirm your reservation in our system.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled service. All last minute cancellations (less than 24 hours) due to flight delays and/or flight cancellations are non-refundable.
Cancellations that have been processed in advance will receive a full refund minus the credit card transaction fees the payment processor charges.
